Absences
Frontline Placement – AESOP
AESOP is used by all employees to record and track absences.
AESOP can be accessed two ways:

Insurance & Benefits
Employees who work 4.50 hours or more each day are eligible
Benefit details and cost as well as enrollment is accessed through the Educational Benefit Cooperative (EBC) self-serve portal: https://www2.benefitsolver.com/benefits/BenefitSolverView
Open enrollment, a period during which employees can enroll or change their selection of health and/or dental insurance plans, takes place each year in the month of May for a July 1st effective date. Employees can only make changes outside of open enrollment if they experience a qualifying, life-changing event e.g- having a baby, getting married, loss of coverage, etc.
