Fees are due by Wednesday, February 18 and clubs will begin on Monday, February 23.
Student Expectations:
Students are expected to follow the same behavior expectations and school rules during After-School Clubs as they do during the school day, as outlined in the District 69 Family and Student Handbook.
Please note:
- For After School Club (ASC) registration, please be sure you register only for a club you want. There is no “delete” option once your child is registered, which makes your child ineligible to register in a different club option.
- Currently, only one club per student is allowed. If you attempt to register a child for multiple clubs, the registration will be voided. Please contact communityschools@skokie69.net to see if there are spots available for registering in more than one club.
- If you have multiple children, only register one child at a time (do not do multiple registrations in one session). After registering one child, then log out and re-log in to complete the registration for another child.
- Please be sure to complete all the registration steps, and save the receipt for your records.
- If the club is full, you may sign up for the waitlist. We will contact you if a space in the club becomes available, or if there is an alternative club that has spaces.
- To view your club registrations, click on “My Activities” in the Infinite Campus portal. You will also receive an email confirmation with club information during the week prior to the session start date.
- If a child withdraws from the club prior to the session beginning, a refund will be issued (or fees removed). After the first club session, there are no refunds.
- Reach out to communityschools@skokie69.net if you registered your child for a club but would like to make a change (after the registration window closes). We will try to accommodate your request but there is no guarantee we will be able to do so.
